Symboticware expands organizational footprint into USA and Mexico

Symboticware Inc., an industry leader of standardized information-based technology to enhance productivity, sustainability, profitability and safety through real-time data management solutions, announces operational expansion into the US and Mexico with the opening of a new regional headquarters in Tucson, AZ USA.
“As we continue to expand our global footprint, it is critical to provide not just innovative solutions for our customers, but superior service and support to match,” said Kirk Petroski, President & CEO Symboticware Inc. “The strategic location, close in proximity to one of the world’s most productive mining corridors, will allow us to continue to prioritize customer success by providing world-class mining service and support in the USA and Mexico.”

To support this initiative, Justin Johnsen has been appointed to the Symboticware team as Vice President, North America. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and nearly two decades of experience specializing in heavy-duty maintenance and technologies for the mining industry, Johnsen brings an ideal skillset.  “As a veteran in the mining technology marketplace, Justin’s elite background and proven track record position him to create superior value for both our customers and our company,” said Petroski.
Johnsen will continue to focus on expanding service into remote and rugged open pit and underground mining operations throughout the US and Mexico, helping leverage customer’s current investments, and customizing solutions to offer them a competitive advantage.
